The vinification techniques for this rosé are a closely guarded secret that have been handed down through seven generations. It is a delicate, pale-pink rosé that has wild strawberry and red cherry aromas.
The palate is a pretty mix of red berries, citrus and strawberry coulis.
This Champagne is the perfect aperitif but also works very well with sushi.
