The HENNESSY Extra eaux-de-vie are obtained from the distillation of grapes in two different ways: In the traditional method with copper pot stills, stainless steel tanks in copper alembics. The other is a columnar-plate still. The resulting spirits are then blended in order to obtain a harmonious, balanced product that offers complex aromas and hints of sweetness.

These bottle is a vintage cognac from the Hine and Hennessy House. It has been aged for a minimum of 30 years, the age of its youngest constituent spirit.
