Macallan TSUM 50 year old red collection is a single malt scotch whisky that was initially sold exclusively in China. The blend is made up of one-third of rum, one-third of sherry, and one-third of bourbon barrels. The whisky was distilled between 1952 and 1964 and bottled in 2017 with an alcohol content of 47.3%. It has been described as sweet and rich with notes of honeyed peach, tropical fruit, and creamy vanilla that give way to burnt sugar, raisins and chocolate on the finish.
