Yamazaki 35

Yamazaki 35 was created with a blend of three types of Japanese whisky, including Yamazaki’s original spirit, which is distilled in Scotland. The whisky sits in sherry oak casks for at least 35 years before bottling and lies in the same cellar as the highly regarded and sought after Sherry Oak (Mayfair) expression since its creation by Yamazaki’s master distiller, Shinji Hattori. This limited release comes at 43 percent ABV or strength and is presented in a beautiful hardwood case.

Aged for at least 35 years in special 90 litre second-fill Spanish sherry oak casks, Yamazaki 35 Year Old was bottled in 2006 at a strength of 43% abv in very limited quantities.
